Kola: The 1st nations were "not" original "owners" of the land. It was beyond belief that any human could OWN the land. First Nation ndn's lived off the land and were a part of the land. They did not own it. That is a wasicu term and practice, not ndn. And no ndn would want a place to rest in the UK.The sacred lands have the blood of ancestors within it and t is there they wish to remain...not the UK. John Wind

Yeah but the crosses and english letters are even colonial violations on the true essence and identity of the very land and the people buried. "Red Cloud" would not want that shit on his final resting place. What a mockery...

That's beautiful. :o) Isn't it amazing how even his gravesite still draws you to him? He was, and is, such an awe-inspiring individual.

Very true. Modern America was born of such hard birthing pains. Yet I wonder: where are the fine places to rest in the UK for the Irish, Scots and Welsh who have been persecuted for the last thousand years or so? I'm not trying to be rude, it's just that every group has been perecuted at one time or another, which pretty much sucks. Humans are so nice! :oP Thanks for watching and commenting!
