  • Dear all, 8-NoTimeLeft has launched on the 1st of July the ACT NOW! video competition to give you the opportunity to make your own short film on one of the 8 Millennium Development Goals and spread the word about the necessity of acting together. You can find the link presenting the ACT NOW! video competition on our youtube channel or Facebook Fan page. Any short film (fiction) made betwen 1 January 2000 and 30 October 2010 can participate.   • @danielzopola yes but africa got messed up by western countries like England, France, portugal etc.

  • Western World (e.g USA) didn't become rich because some other nations shared wealth with them! They became rich because they had freedom and free markets. Africa doesn't need more financial aid. Africa needs investments. Unfortunately African governments successfully scare investors away, because they can come only if the law is simple and taxes are low.

  • C'est vrai ça. J'ai jamais pensé de ça jusqu'a mon mari m'avait expliqué que le grand problème de famine est que nous faisons assez de nourriture pour nourrir le monde. Cependant, nous faisons l'agriculture pour le bétail et pas assez pour l'humanité. Pardon pour mon français. J'ecris pas suffisament en français et le français n'est pas ma langue maternelle.
