"The Lost Shoe" - Avis Commercial

We received a letter from Steve Townsend. Last month, Steve was in Seattle on business. He returned home and realized he was missing a shoe, so he called Avis employee Bob Noll. After a short search, Bob found Steve's shoe; which is helpful, because shoes are more effective in pairs. Reuniting renters with lost items seems obvious, but not everyone does it. We do.
