Better Days is a good title for when Roger Hodgson was with Supertramp. Here's a version of Rick's song after Roger left the band and name Supertramp to Rick.

Those Supertramp fans who love Rick's music will know this one. Not many of Rick's songs were hits. Maybe that's why he needs to play Roger's songs or he wouldn't have any material to play on his greatest "Roger's" hit tour.

Come to my channel and post your comments who do you prefer to do Roger's songs? The artist Roger Hodgson who wrote and composed them OR Supertramp doing a cover of Roger's songs.

  • I'm glad to see some of Davies material on here. As for the description... it's not a cover of someones song when said song has the band's name and history attached to it. Pink Floyd still played Roger Water's songs after he left. Are you gonna bash them for that as well? Besides.. the tour this song is from... NONE of Roger's songs were played.

  • Happy Birthday Rick Davies (July 22)

  • Esto era música y no mamadas como las de ahora.

  • Love Supertramp and their music..... Saw an awsome concert in Hamburg... so nice in many ways...

  • @RFVideoShoot1998

    leave it to a woman...lol

  • I caught Supertramp on Wednesday night at the London 02 and really enjoyed it. I'll admit that Rick playing Roger's songs is a bit disrespectful and childish, but at the end of the day, Supertramp, like many bands, will attract even the most casual of fan, who won't know about the 1983 split, let alone know who Roger or Rick are, so let Rick, John and Bob play their hearts out on this tour, the same with Roger on his solo tour. Each to their own folks!

  • @sutsie I couldn't of said it any better!

  • Not knowing until now the acrimonious nature of the split , and losing interest in the band after Breakfast in America, I looked at video of what is listed as Rick's music on YT. I don't recognise much of it and clearly Roger was the major creative influence in the original band as I remember it. The videos on YT of Roger singing these songs today prove that. Research now over, I know I can skip Supertramp next time they're in town and won't be adding to the view count of Rick's material
