Discus PR (2k) - 42.61m/139' 9"

My second and best throw from Trinity on our first meet of the season, 3/28/09. My form still looks as funny as ever, but the tempo is a little better and you can actually see acceleration from start to finish for once... In any case, this is a PR by over 13 feet, something I was not expecting at all, but even still, there's much more to come. The series was nice, too: 41.43m, 42.61m, 40.38m, FOUL. Best meet I've ever had, with PRs in all 3 events.

Thank you! I didn't have a coach in high school and formed some bad habits, but I've been working hard to fix them and it's paying off! I'm still working on making the turn more "linear" out of the back, but progress is a little slow with that (bad habits like that are hard to fix). In any case, it's nice to hear things like that, it makes it all worthwhile.

Dont lead with the head so much, and try to keep that disc planed out trhoughout the spin and just try to keep a long lever and the disc behind you... looks pretty good, my PR is only like 45.sumthin
