@perjetesi2811 The repeated phrase by those assembled, "Wǒ xuānshì" [我宣誓], means "I take this oath." The last line that is echoed into a fadeout is "Yǒng bù pàn dǎng" [永不叛党] and means "never to betray the Party". The big titles at the beginning mean "Follow the Party Forever". The singer is Liu Yizhen.
