My HD is in sata slot 1 and the DVD drive in slot 2. If your Hd is in slot 5 or 6 will not work.
I only use busratio=16 as flag

did you get it working? I have the same mobo

First thing first: The install DVD has to be patched with an AMD-hacked kernel. Second, for AMD CPUs, these are the recommended settings (which usually don't work anyways). You have to do a lot of work to get AMD working.
cpus=1 busratio=20 -v -x arch=i386
Those settings, very commonly, will help you boot into an AMD system. Currently I'm looking for an old torrent I had for a crazy installer that booted without -any- of the boot commands. Worked fine too, except for GPU.
