you have a good voice and a half decent strumming tech but if Im not mistaken thats an Ovation turtle back..Ive got one and they are dreadful the intonation is outrageous and gets progressively worse as you put a capo on up the frets it sounds sort of in tune..Maybe even with a good clip on tuner with open strings EBGDAE

Sorry man, not good.

no apologies necessary man, I don't aim to please as much as I aim to play. Sometimes I love a song more than it loves me back. Try Emma Russack's version - it's smokin' hot and soulful. Take a stroll through some of my other songs, maybe Needle and the Damage Done or Old Man, before giving up :-)

SORRY I MEANT ENCORE not Ovation encore is a very bad copy of an ovation which are better made But capo an Encore and its a MESS...like yours. If you re- done that song on a decent guitar it would be a million times better and your voice would respond and sound better to everything going well in the string department . i think you,re savy enough to know this anyway.. intonation is EVERYTHING....good job anyway

thanks for listening and for the feedback - it is an Ovation, Glen Campbell numbered model. I really like where the action is set on the strings, so any string buzz audible on the recording is probably the result of my mediocre technique or that it's recorded on a Canon Powershot camera.
