@darkaprilmoon you are not alone;-) I get that a lot as well!! It's their misfortune those who do that to you to be honest!! Some people are born deaf of melodies!To listen to these kind of music one has to have a soul that can digest such heavenly tunes!!So no worries,you listening to right stuff!!

I know. I have seen a lot of those kind of people who try to sound hip and happening by making fun of songs which involve good singing talent, and praise Rock and Pop. You should ignore them.

i have friends that try and make fun of me for listening to music that sounds like this, but i dont care because it sounds sooooo amazing! most american singers couldnt sing like her even if they tried

I love how classic her voice is. She doesn't sound too modern, but she sounds the way real Indian music is supposed to sound like.
