  • The ending of this episode is almost like Ferris Bueller's Day Off. I was so expecting the famous quote: Life moves pretty fast. If you don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.

  • One of my favorite episodes of this show. I still remeber the day I watched this! Scientist need to build a time machine asap!

  • @DLAbaoaqu we are being fed stupid media to make us more stingy, dumber, careless, n so on. look how caring the community was in this episode, helping pete not get in trouble, this day n age he would be arrested and charged.

  • my fav episode too!

  • because its cheaper for viacom (the company that owns nick) to air shows with wooden actors with cheesy plots and with low quality humor

  • yeah, you'll even find some of that background music in the old looney tunes cartoons. there's a whole repetoire of music used in shows, cartoons, games, etc. that just became standard themes for comedy media cause they fit well in a joking situation.

  • acting?

  • Nah, most of that is just generic backround tunage ripped from a dozen classic spy/ action/ horror flicks- the ones that always keyed in at particularly intense moments. Think 007, Mission Impossible, Jaws, etc.

You'll hear the same corny riffs used in a lot of cartoons and comedies to suit whatever's going on at the moment... it sort of adds to the humor. ;)

  • yeah, that's what I thought! What LL Cool J doing there?!
