Camels dying on Ukrainian border

Another Russian cargo in transit, bound for Europe, is stuck at the border with Ukraine. This time it's not gas but a shipment of...camels. The poor creatures were on their way to a Bulgarian circus, but didn't get further than Ukraine, where they were detained.
Officials say there's a ban on moving animals through their territory.
