TEDxPhoenixville - Simon Hauger - West Philly Hybrid X Team

The EVX is the entry of the West Philly Hybrid X Team, headquartered at West Philadelphia High School's Academy of Automotive and Mechanical Engineering. This Team of students and teachers has built and competed with alternative fuel vehicles for the last 10 years, winning recognition and admiration across the country.

The Mission of the Hybrid X Team is to design and build a vehicle that will utilize existing technology in innovative ways to achieve ultra-low carbon emissions and ultra-high fuel efficiency. Unlike many alternative fuel vehicles, we will achieve these goals without sacrificing drivability, safety and style.
