Many times I feel ashamed of being a human being. This is one of those times. I cannot believe there is cruel people that can do such things.

sadness turned to anger when they burnt the pig then gave him water, then more sadness. :(

I agree when it is for research purposes without pain.

It's not the animals not feeling the pain... It's the people inflicting it. I feel it.

Progress? How is anything this destructive, oppressive, and insane progress? If it advances science it does so at the expense of human morality. There is no greater disease in our existence than the diseases of repression and exploitation. Empathy for the weak and defenseless is the cure. Experiments on gypsies, jews, and homosexuals within Nazi camps produced knowledge, but at the expense of real progress. It was an act against our evolutionary potential.

...And yet when I ask you, "Let's severely limit human birth rates." You will look upon me as if I had spit in your eye. At least KNOW your own hypocrisy. Well done vid tho.

I find it hard to even dream of an end to this destruction...it seems that humans, overall believe themselves to be supierior. And that leaves no room for something known as respect, for the feelings of billions and billions of torchured voiceless beings. Animals are at our mercy, we get to have our lives because of them...yet we bash the hand that feeds us. We are sick, and I believe we deserve much more than what we get.

Cruel yes, Unfair yes, but this is necessary for medical advances. This is exactly why i would donate my body to science as opposed to an organ donor. In the long run this will definitely save more lives. People that disagree are not looking at the big picture, if this was not being done up to the present you can bet life expectancy would be much lower than it is and many curable diseases of today would not have been found. They are not doing this for fun.
