Yeah, the show was dreadful that year. Our band wasn't disciplined as we should have been. It was difficult to get everyone to focus even at practice. Looking at this makes me want to cry.

@rockshow45 the way you talk about your band was that one year about being absent, thats how we get this.... ALWAYS ARE. Thats why were one of the best bands in the state.

@Ghettodued We made it to the finals because during my freshmen year everyone made the band I don't mean like one persons out that will be ok I mean that every person made the band. If you were sick you sucked it up and if you were absent you had good reason. During the year of this show there were so many absent mainly they say the cause was swine flu.

@byakugan03 I meant to pm you this but whatever, haha. All the people that beat us last year we left on the back burner and moved up two places and improved our score by 5 points :)

Can't believe this was my last show with the lugoff elgin band and yet this is what happened. Its so sad. I just wish that everyone would have taken it more seriously last year.

@TheJuggaler im not trying to be mean, but i saw the scores for this performance and i believe that the judges were not harsh enough. in my opinion, this band should not have recieved any higher than about 75. the band sounds like they are off during the music and the marching fundamentals are ridiculous. im just saying, there has to be a lot of work done in order for this band to come anywhere near making state finals.

OMG!!!!!! Somebody needs to smack the guy who stopped and moved at 0:49. Why are there so many gaps? Missing a lot of people that night or something? Also, you might want to focus on fundamentals really hard for next year, no offense to the band.
