Hoopnotica CEO Gabriella Redding shares tips on starting and stopping your performance that will add grace, style and flair to your hoopdance routine.

In this video, Hoopmamma shows us how to "add a little drama" to our performance with a killer (but simple) start and finish.

The first (Starting) move, "Come Here", is a simple yet impressive trick of tossing the hoop and waiting for it to return to you. She adds in a cute little "come hither" finger wiggle for added effect.

The second (Ending Your Performance) move, the "Lasso Bow" is a modified take on the horizontal halo / heartbeat. Hoopmamma offers several variations on this playful move for hoopers of all levels.

"Play with it, have a good time, and remember - Hoopdance should ALWAYS be fun."
