HOW TO: USE CELESTE BLUETOOTH SHARING UTILITY

You must have a jailbroken device

This is a paid app through Cydia

To send pictures: open the camera roll and select the picture you want. Click on the arrow down in the bottom left hand corner and select send via bluetooth

To Send a ringtone: Open settings and go to sounds and then ringtones or text tones and hold down the tone you want to send until the action menu pops up and then click send

To send Contact: open the contact app and select whichever contact you want to send and then click share contact and then select bluetooth

Dude gremlin2 is for developers. You have to change from a user to developer and search it. I couldn't find it when I was set on user so I set it to developer and there it was. :)
