Weakened wage-and-hour enforcement by the Bush administration has allowed unscrupulous bosses to get away with the theft, Bobo says. Her new book, "Wage Theft in America: Why Millions of Working Americans Are Not Getting Paid - And What We Can Do About It," documents the problem. In this interview, she explains the scope of the problem and what activists should demand of the incoming Obama administration and Congress.
