My desktop's timelapse during Global Game Jam 2011 at PUCPR, Brazil. We developed a game called Torquere, which you can find at http://www.globalgamejam.org/2011/torquere, both for Linux and Windows. Music is "You Broke my Heart into 8bits" by Rasmuz, which you can find the original MP3 at Newgrounds (http://www.newgrounds.com/audio/listen/284202).

  • Haha very kewl! I worked on a game using XNA, what engine did you use?

  • @Hypothic We used an engine I developed sometime ago, Chien 2D. It's written on C over SDL and OpenGL. Which game you worked on?

  • That's awesome you developed your own engine, not a simple task, but I bet you learned a lot. It's something I would like to start getting into.

  • I was at DePaul University in Illinois, I worked on the game called "The Tree" a simple and fun little game.
