@crazybaseballdude12 Firstly, rock music evolved from American (specifically, African-American) blues music and it started here. Secondly, it depends entirely on what part of Europe you're talking about. In some places they're just as backwards and bigoted as Americans. In some places, like Paris, they're definitely better. Speaking of "Europe" as a single entity is dopey.
