How to Filet a Fish...On a boat...In the Mangrove Forest

Ending a very successful day of deep sea fishing off the Southern coast of Costa RIca. Our dock was located about 10 miles up river in the largest mangrove forest in Costa Rica. The local "Tico" deck hand going to work on some groupers, tuna, and amber jacks...getting them all cleaned up while the boat made its way back to the dock.

Saw plenty of wildlife in the mangroves including monkeys, birds, and crocodiles (crocs were loving all of the fish guts/bones our tico was tossing over the side)
