Unlock Root HTC Evo 3D and install Custom Rom

This proccess will erase all your data (Not your photos) so if you want to save your Apps - Contacts ect back them up first!

The UPDATE file is included for the event you don't want to put a custom rom on your phone. In that case just running the UPDATE file instead of a rooted rom will give you root on the phone!

If you want to run a rom and need to get BACK INTO RECOVERY simply put the rom on the SD Card - turn the phone ALL THE WAY OFF (Pull the battery out then put it back in) hold the vol down and power to go into the boot menu then select recovery
To get back to the recovery menu and run the rom as is shown at 18:30 in the video!
