  • Entertaining review. But id rather just bring my own damn tent honestly. But I am taller then most, so Bivy bags usually do not fit me well.

  • Nice video really kept it interesting

  • That was REALLY funny when the snoring friend bcomes a bear! Oh....& that stuff about the sleeping bag getting wet? That doesn't happen at all.

  • @abbytrowssy

I see I'll have to be specific.

Put on a vortex jacket and take a 5 mile jog.

    It's practically a wet suit.

Get in a gortex bivy and close the hood leaving only enough zipper open for breathing.

Take a nap. Sleeping bag will be soaked by morning.

If the above does not occur, then you are a vampire.

  • @solobackpacking even infact i was outside in a down pour for 3 hours yesterday, bone dry. i didn't even feel any sweat.

  • @solobackpacking i use them all the time....

  • @abbytrowssy

Try breathing or even getting dry in a Gortex.

It might as well be rubber.

  • @solobackpacking yeah it is, Goretex.

  • @Diraphe Claustrophobic is the old 80's one man US Army poncho tent with no mosquito net over the face, as the OR has. Woke up in that having a panic attack.

  • @blackcawkdown Claustrophobia is a very natrual and common thingwhen were young (babys etc) we feel the need to be constricted because its natrual (something to do with the womb) hence why people wrap babys up tightly in blankets however as we get older we feel the need to have more room and not be constricted not only physically but mentally, its like beign scared of the dark completely natrual!
