Readyville mill was built in 1812 to serve the needs of Cannon and Rutherford Counties earliest settlers. She proudly stands today on the banks of the Stones River in Readyville, Tenneessee, 197 years later.
Tommy--Nice job---Last time I saw the mill was in my college days when I would stop by to get some samples of the by-products of rough ground corn!!! LOL.
Thanks for these wonderful glimpses of your love for the mill and our history. As a former Miller House tenant and mill worker, I'm especially appreciative of your restoration.
Nice job.. but what's a watermill without water??
