Challenge timaeus22222 - Falzar's Return!

This challenge was from AgentJaster.

Challenge #17:
Beat Falzar.
1. No programs in Navi Customizer.
2. Use starter folder.

Nebula must hate Megaman! They revived Falzar once again, but conveniently left him at his first form. Megaman feels confident and decides to use a really weak folder and no Navi Customizer programs. Will he overpower Falzar, or will Falzar overpower him?

1: too easy.
2: pretty easy.
3: meh, not too hard.
4: geez, this is hard!
5: wayy too hard! Took soo many tries!
Anything above 5: Incredibly hard! I'm never doing this again! O.O

My Rating: 2/5 - This challenge was actually pretty easy. All I had to do was remove my NCPs and use a starter folder. I won anyway even when I used up all my chips. Not bad, but still pretty easy. Thanks for this challenge, AgentJaster! :P

i'd actually figured out on my own that they give you a pretty powerful folder to start with so i've just started upgrading it chip for chip

@timaeus22222 ME HAVE CHALLENGE :D it is :vs bass with protoman fz AI, use no navicust stuff, no counters, their hp must be 10000 and no giga or dark chips allowed :D
