Do you really think all of those kids have what they have because their parent were irresponsible with drugs?

Mind you, there is a load of ways to be born with mental challenge that doesn't involves ingesting/inhaling something during pregnancy.

I mean really? "All" mentally challenged kids have parent abusing substances during pregnancy?
