This is -- I believe -- my happiest video posting ever. The video makes all other videos on the channel for "oldhepatitis" totally redundant. Even so, you may read the video descriptions for the other videos if you want. But I repeat that they are now OLD news!
First treatment: 1999 - 2000 - 48 weeks.
Second treatment: June 11th 2008, finished in late October 2009 - 72 weeks.
Date: Shot on June 1, 2010 and published to YouTube in total happiness!
Final result: Cured - I got the SVR - sustained virological response.
Treatment: Oslo University Hospital, Ullevaal, Norway.
Consultant: Typo, The HepC Nomads, United Kingdom.
Music: Mozart and Lehrer of course, and thanks to the former British Princess Margaret for her good taste in music.

Lucky you. I'm an American , I have no insurance, and recently found out that I have Hep C. Doc said I've had it "20 years". 21 years ago I was in St. Croix USVI rebuilding after hurricane Hugo in 1989. I had an accident and had surgery in the "salvation army tent hospital" that was set up on the island. It was here I contracted Hep C.

I've never done anything else that would give me the disease. SO, here I am in the GREAT AMERICA, Texas even, and can get NO financial help anywhere. Times are hard as everyone knows, and I can just barely pay my bills. I know other countries have great help for people in these situations, I just wish I was there. Looks like a dead end for me. And I mean DEAD.

Praise the Lord. I'm glad to see that you're okay. I was diagnosed in 2004. I'm glad to see that it does work and there is hope.
