Perhaps the Myans didn't actually invent the calendar but reproduced it from prior more advanced civilizations.

Wow sgeo, it seems plausible to me if that prior measuring basis was actually a THEN world sun/moon eclipse alignment with Stars ( during first bible Eon before a Re-established Eden ) . Plausible that is , if in tandem with Physical stars ( Rather than prophecies from "off-world" messengers that were simply Called stars ) .

The actual time of the precession of the Equinoxes is 25,860 yrs. The Thule Society (1908) validate that actual number. The theory I have is the actual break down of this period as; 10,500yrs (Darkness), 215yr (Null Zones), and 2000yrs of light. This typical breakdown, has all the important Serpentine Elements 2's 1's ,and 5's (less zero), and add up to 25,860. 2000 x 2 (Photon Band), 215 x 4 (transitional periods in between the Darkness/Light), 10500 x 2 (when we have Day/Night) = 25,860.

Exactly! Obviously this phenomenom is a cycle that our earth has been through many times (every 25,760 years) according to the Sumerians and the Hopi Indians as well as the Myans. It is the Indigenous people who seem to survive due to their connection to the land. But the people of Atlantis were intelligent enough to leave such signs. Only boulder rock bldgs can survive such cataclysms.
