  • Protestation is not a sign of anarchy.

  • This is a preview of the fascist state of america if mcBush is elected. He won't talk to people, he'll point a gun or nuke. The choice is obvious, Obama for President!

  • My parents saw this ame crap in the 1960s and 70s. Thats why their generation called police pigs. Though in most circumstances I respect and admire police there is no excuse for their behavior in circumstances like this. Their actions are unconstitutional and they are subject to ethe constitution. They are truly un american when they do this. Legally, people should have the right to shoot cops when they behave like this.

  • @tsenzei only because riot people usually put an end to protest

  • All of these charges will probably be thrown out....

  • What Bill of Rights? Thanks Bush and Cheney.

  • wtf this doesnt seem real.

  • You smell that mmm nothing like social control

  • What ever happened in court on this? Charges dismissed "in the interest of justice" (not YOUR interests!) or a fine and probation, what?

  • ahhh,,,but the demonstration WAS unlawful from the start because the protestors didnt care for the "protest zones" that were assigned to them.

At that point ..an officer mst use his granted power to enforce the law to protect those that are folloing it

  • If an otherwise lawful activity becomes unlawful, simply because an officer issues an order, then why do we bother to convene a legislature? To maintain the illusion that the restrictions placed upon society are the product of an accountable government, with checks and balances, rather than a dictators whim?

  • lol dark thats funny u sound like a cop
