But its usually the paper that starts or stops the war. War doesn't just kick off something usually happens to start it and quite often conflicts are resolved in this way too.

yes, but people are people and are frail and fragile and die quickly, paper means nothing in warfare.

paper isn't bulletproof. but if it were, many lives would be saved by now. humans have the power to choose. if only we chose to protect instead of kill, there would be less bullshit in this earth.

I can't change you but I can say that I refuse to get involved in the hate and revenge mentality of many conflicts. People are people and we should stop trying to justify killing others (especially the very young). If enough people demand action on human rights there will be change. "Injustice anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere" Martin Luther King(1963).
