North Carolinians rally to reduce racial bias in the death penalty through passage of the NC Racial Justice Act in the NC Senate. Unfortunately, the bill is weighed down with an amendment that distorts the intent of the bill. This a photographic recap of the support behind the bill, legislative leadership and overall problems with race and the death penalty. Bill Sponsors: Rep.
