really good testimony, i'm really tempted to try this! it seems like it's so much more satisfying and better for your body than any cooked diet

I don´t believe it! I stumbled upon this video and recognized Bill immediately...we went to the same school in WNY and his Dad was a teacher there. I´m going to start a raw food diet tomorrow, and seeing how happy Bill is made me even more determined to do it... my juicer´s revved up and rarin´to go! Say hi to Bill from Jill in Germany! :-))

YES, still practicing a high raw lifestyle. "Experimented" over the holidays to make sure it wasn't just my imagination. All kinds of bad effects: mucus, sneezing joint pain, disjointed sleep patterns, low energy, unbelievable cravings, irritability, . Katy and I just feel sooo much better eating mostly raw. Can't tell you how much energy and confidence I have as 2010 begins! Ramping my commitment for the next round of wellness benefits. How about a follow-up video in spring sometime? ;)

You awsome!! I am in transition vegetarian right now then raw.

great going! transition foods (nuts) are good, but keep your eye on the goal - go really 100% raw (nuts are not raw at all, try to plant them, they will not grow, as they are dead from being cooked at temps. in a dehydrator - sorry that is the truth, nuts are not really 'raw') go low fat raw - eat fruits and veggies! read the book 801010 by dr. doug graham!

I love this video! He's down to earth, and is very sincere. I going to try raw. I'm 50 and could stand to loose 90 pounds. I have Fibromyalgia and there is a history of Diabetes in my family. I'm very fatigued all the time and I want to make a life change by getting healthy. Should I start out by water fasting or should I just start eating raw? Where should I begin? Any suggestions?
Thanks :)

that's a great story, thanks for sharing it. i don't think there's any way i can switch to 100% raw diet, but i want to go a lot more raw. inspiring vid though. i never considered a dehydrator either so i'll have to check that out (already got the vitamix and a breville juicer as well). are there dehydrators you recommend?
