really? i used to be a rascal in schooled and was often caned. I say it did me good. Well, maybe i didnt get it as hard as these kids did.. but caning is still effective.

suits the kid.. mischievious lot are you? i second tough love when it comes to discipline kids these days. we in the old days lived in those era. we respect our elders and all. kids today are too SPOILED, hence the acting up. The parents are overprotective and have this mentality of my-kid-is-always-right, no matter what the circumstances are. These kids always have some kind of problems, be it drugs etc.. In some places, the kids may sue the parents.. 9 months of a total waste of time..
