You are spinning off the ball a little because your not getting a solid heel plant. Your very last swing you did a good job of getting the front heel planted, which allowed you to hit against a stiff front side. You hit through the ball on that swing instead of around it. You have a nice swing, but if you could improve on your heel plant you could hit through the ball more, instead of around it.

i would suggest switching your hands, putting your right hand on top of your left, and also crow hop into your swing and follow through with a 360 degree spin on your heels while at the same time letting go of the bat so it hits the whatever fielder that the balls goes towards. just a thought tho, do what works for you.

Nice swing. You get the front foot down on time that's the key to a lot of hitter's success. I have trouble with it, but when I do it right my timing is on the money.
I would try and keep your weight on your back side just a tad more during the swing and, like gabrielhb14 said, try to lock your front leg out to create more drive.

man, that's awesome batting practice, i'm playing for my 14 year old all star team in Missouri, and i'm having huge trouble on hitting the ball. Instead of going straight down from my stance, i try to chop the ball for some reason, it's a really bad habit. Do you have any tips for me ?

make sure that you lead with your hands (knob of the bat to the ball) that will keep your bat head back allowing your hands to control the swing. The hands should almost complete the swing before the barrel is released. Try to look at some big league still photos of the moment right before contact GOOD LUCK!
