Hey, great job. I got a canon 7d plus 50mm lens ans a glidecam 400 as well, but to make this glid to work, starts to give a hard time. Maybe you can help me, how many weights do you use on it side of glid?
Thanks...

Have you filmed at the 10mm or 22mm zoom range?
There is very noticable fish eye efect, especially when turning.

Nice running shots, i notice that your camera was moving up-n-down in some of shots, were you doing that on purpose or is there a inherit problem with this stabilizing system??
-
What focal length were you using?

How much did you pay for your glidecam? I want one but they are so expensive!! GRRRRR
Hello! Could you tell me what's the total weight of the Glidecam 4000 with the weights and everything? I need to buy one and need to know the total weight.
Thank you!

@aupairdiary Hi , without the camera this configuration is at 3.5 pounds. I know that number because I weight it for travel reasons. I ended up using a Flycam Nano not because it saved weight but because it packed flat which is really great for travel.
