No, it's not a 350 yard bomb, but that's not the goddamn point!

To control a driver off the tee with that kind of pinpoint accuracy and control of ball flight and shot shape -- with a giant pond in front of the green staring you down screaming "keep out" no less -- is really amazing! Much more impressive than a huge straight drive rolling down the middle of a fairway.

@madjsp If the clubs attack angle is parallel to the ground, the loft on the driver will create spin. High launch low spin is ideal.
