There's a funny story about these still dead 90's. 8526 died on the jbsi. I recrewed the train at S. Bradford and was instucted to pick up the 305 for power. Train was around 7000 tons for Buffalo. We were coming north through Great Valley and I said to the conductor wouln'nt be funny if this 90 died. I turned to look at the train and noticed sparks coming out of the stack on the 8526 and it quit before Ellicotville. Oil fill cap blew off and low oil detector shut her down.
i see that train all the time. i am in rasselas alot.
