  • Brilliant video! btw my cousin used this successful weight loss program known as: Impact 790 Diet and dropped 6 kgs within a month. I can not remember the exact site just Google it.

  • You guys are giving AWFUL advice that falls into the SPOT REDUCTION MYTH. Focusing on your abs when working out is not going to flatten them out by burning the fat. Muscle and fat are two entirely separate things. The only way you're going to flatten out your ab's is through a really clean diet and continue exercising..
