@DryWetTowel I thought so too but if you watch the extended video clip, Clinton actually explains why they don't endorse it. In a nutshell, proclaiming it as the official language has legal consequences such as not having translators at hospitals and such. As long as they ensure that those unintended consequences dont occur than i agree 100%, make it official.
