"My ambition in life was to kill 100 people, and I failed. I only made 92." -greatest wrestling quote ever.
-
I find it so sweet, how when he's interviewed, Andy's so shy and softspoken

"Andy" Kaufman (January 17, 1949 – May 16, 1984)

God, I would have loved to have seen Andy and Fred's version of Sons of the Desert! Such a shame it was never filmed.

Thanks for these dude, they're really interesting. Andy Kaufman was a unique person.

Freddie Blassie + Andy Kaufman = MEMORABLE MOMENT
-
As Blassie plays the part of straight man to Andy, Letterman plays the straight man to both of them. As the audience crowd sees one thing, the audience at home looking through the camera sees something different. As Letterman is claiming that Andy's singing was the worst he has ever heard, the crowd is laughing and then begins to cheer. Most comedians are just worried about performing and making money. Andy spent his whole life going from performance to performance.

@ljcteehee - I don't think anyone ever interviewed the REAL Andy.

I love how Blassie bullies Andy, it's just the best. "KEEP QUIET I'm talking about you now, I'm handling you, and I only handle the best!"
Do you have every appearance on your page? 'cause I think I've watched them all now, boo hoo.

@MckyMseNTarotCrds No, I don't have them all. I haven't uploaded the one with Lawler (because it's everywhere already) and I can't find the other ones but I'm still looking for them.
