I never been there but I practically lived on Dauphin island. Hopefully we can take a trip there one day!

i used to go to that island several times each summer as a young child, and havent been in about 16 years,(i'm 29) dying to go back. too bad i missed the advancements made before kartina. but looking forward to going back this coming summer.....

I went here 3 weeks BEFORE Katrina. It was my first trip to Ship Island in 40 years and I'm so glad that the ferry service is still running. I'm planning to return in a few weeks. Seeya there!
