Check out how I'm putting my home pre-production studio together. It's just a simple set up, but wait till you hear what comes out of it. ( :

  • nice..

    check out my setup

  • More crucial. What are you using for a/d/a? What digital interface interface are you using (mic pre)? ...and a pair of Shure's SRH 840's are highly recommended.

  • Oh see "its been a minute" ha

  • Talent AND technical knowledge, that keeps you ahead of the game. You get to pre-produce your stuff privatly with out anyone breathin down your back or watching the studio clock. Smart! You should do quite well.

  • Just ignore the negativity...A "Home Studio" is not necessarily intended to be large and completely intimidating to those that you show it to unless of course YOU feel that it should be that way. Technological music productivity much like simplistic beauty is held squarely within the eye of the beholder. Home studios are intended to be somewhat "minimalist" in structure as to weed out all of the distraction of the more "commercial" feel so that you are able to get right down to it. Good work!
