This game is a classic. It's an open-world adventure video game by Sega. It's also one of the first game but not the first to have day/night/sleep system by simulating aspects of real life through the game. It's really very immersible despite the sucky voice acting that everyone seems to be complaining about. I remember playing this at a friend's house since I didn't own a Dreamcast back in 2000. It was like nothing I've seen before even though I've also played Ocarina of Time lots of times back in 1998. I gotta admit the graphics are pretty impressive back then. All I gotta say is those who haven't played this game should play it. I'm trying to promote this game so that more people will know about it. I hope they make Shenmue 3 someday before I get too old to play video games. XD It kinda suck that the Dreamcast died too soon because of the PS2 then I became a PS2 follower. Sigh. Oh, well. This game's story takes place in November 29, 1986 and is about an 18 year old young man named Ryo Hazuki who has embark on a quest to avenge his father's murder by mysterious intruders who came into his father's dojo and took with them a mysterious mirror. From there on, Ryo will meet people as well as his friends within Yokosuka, Japan where the game mainly takes place. Dreamcast you will be missed. RIP Sept. 9, 1999 - March 26, 2001 So Sega get on with making this game. If you're not planning to release the Dreamcast 2 at least finish the 3rd installment of this game series. This will be another playthrough I'll be doing in addition to the ones I'm currently doing. If they actually try, this game could make a good martial arts action movie based on revenge. It doesn't matter it's a CG movie but as long as it's good.
