View the Hendrick US-X HFT in action.

The Hendrick ideal solution for increased productivity in panel processing and applications such as trimming products to size. Hendrick US-X cross-cut saws are frequently used in cellular schemes for just-in-time and lean manufacturing. Over 66% of a large panel saw's production time is consumed executing cross cuts after initial rip cutting. The solution is to move the cross-cutting operation down line to the Hendrick US-X fully automated cross-cut saw. High speed material indexing is controlled by a PC based computerized controller linked to the optimization software for cut pattern down load capability. Pre-ripped strips automatically load into the rear of the machine via pop-up feed rollers. Material stacks are automatically side justified and front packed prior to cut processing. New strips load onto the back table while the pop-up material indexing fence with pneumatic grippers returns to optimize processing speed. Bar code reader interface capability. The Hendrick US-X fully automated cross-cut solution can be integrated into a panel processing line with no operator involved.
