The lift used by Spanish Team at 3:21 is striking beyond belief - the balance, strength, coordination, and timing shown by the swimmers is almost unmatchable.
Over the years I have seen many people criticize synchro. They say it is not a sport. What utter foolishness! Synchro is a great sport entailing all aspects of what a true sport requires. In that particular move, you see all elements of athletic greatness - matched with grace and beauty.
Kudos to this great sport!

I have had classes of this since i was 6 years old along with gymnastics and ballet since 3 years old. And I love the 3 activities to music.

Do you know who the soloist is at 25 seconds? She has legs like Natalia Ischenko but I'm not sure that it's her.
