@xGodlyDoogie it's easy all you gadda do is add a plane go to edit mode duplicate the plane and make the plane close to each other but to close then exit edit mode, then put the plane over your object. delete the lamp then add an area lamp and must face down also put it over the plane. after you've done that grab the plane move it above the object then press I(loc) skip over about 100 frames pull the down the y axis and i(loc) then render it.
