So when I was in high school i did tons of weight lifting and i i got stretch marks how do you repair the skin to looking nice again, also my job is very physically demanding so i get a good long lasting sweat multiple times a week but my belly fat is not diminishing I can do most any exercise w/ multiple sets what exercises should i do to destroy the visceral and subcut stomach fat and handles with extreme prejudice?

Sorry if I sound stupid, but I've spend most of my life in front of a computer and, unfortunately, it shows. I've just started to work out mostly sit ups, jogging with fast paced intervals put into it, and weight lifting, but I am now way near a point to be able to do what you have shown in this vid. What's the most efficient manner to get there?
