@sweetnessangel2009 the one in the book always was kinda crusty lol, this one is how I pictured her when I read it, Colleen Dewhurst was good too, but she always looked like she was always holding back a smirk :).

Initially, I always think that no one can surpass Megan as Anne Shirley, but somehow I feel myself warming up to this classic version as well. She is sweet and her eyes certainly managed to capture the dreamy look as Anne should be. Now I wish they could make another coloured version for this one just to see the red hair! :-)
