In the beginning you told that "Traditional Balsamic Vinegar, Italy, can be produce only in Modena".
If you're a real Balsamic lovers, you must know that there's also Reggio Emilia!
ps: did I meet you in Seattle, at W Hotel, for a Balsamic tasting?
