  • I really love this! I feel like I'm back in my grandma Salerno's kitchen decades ago. Just wonderful! I there was digital video cameras around then. I would love to have some video's of my grandmother cooking. Awesome that you did this. This is something to be cherished! Not to mention a good Pasta Fagiole is an awesome dish! Cheers!

  • The pasta looks good but after growing up in Cuba I'll never eat beans again LOL corn either.

  • Very similar to the way my mom makes Pasta e Fagioli. We use crushed red pepper (not bay leaves).

  • Pasta Fagiole is probably one of my favorite dishes ever, excellent Gramma Rosa!!!
