Hahah! I have that aswell. Even when i'm trying to sleep my neighbour is always banging the walls with a hammer, so I end up shouting "SHUT THE FUCK UP!" Arghhhhh, its so annoying! >:(

I feel your pain. I have some neighbors downstairs who not only blast music until 3 am but then go and stand outside my window for a smoke after....i would tell them to be quiet but ive been down there once and i swear to god never again. It was like walking into hell....there was red stuff on the door...paint or blood? who knows?
